2. With the team recruit Agent from Open market and do the business.
3. Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
4. Relationship Management
5. Maintain renewals for the policies procured by team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
